It is common that when clients share strategy briefs, they are unware of the alignment challenges they face that prevent their strategy becoming clear. In small and large systems, our approach to alignment is to mine the deepest level of purpose that people can identify, and make practical links to what people need to do as individuals, teams and organisations.
