Much can be said regarding how coaching as a methodology is capable of achieving such phenomenal results, however, a simple principle is that it is an appreciative process that uses the natural human creativity to transcend challenge and take incremental small steps to towards positive self-selected actions. It is truly transformational and invites leaders and entrepreneurs to access reservoirs of energy and potential they weren’t aware they have.
