Organisational culture alignment and change consulting, and organisation-wide programmes are central to the work we do. We work systemically using appreciative enquiry and follow an approach rooted in the ‘Theory U and Presensing’ to co-create profound personal, systemic, and societal change. We utilise catalytic conversation as the primary engagement vehicle and draw strongly on coaching theory to activate people’s potential, in addition to traditional facilitation, training and eventing methods. Many businesses face complex challenges with regard to transformation – our culture work specializes in two primary areas of Agility (leading through change), and Diversity and Inclusion.
